I was called in for a 2-hour interview by the FXCMservice department who asked me to provide a large amount of information regarding who I was, criminal record, how many partners I had and many intrusive personal details which I was not too happy to share with the company. This being said, I was not very happy about the temperature in the room at the time of my interview, it was far too warm and damp in that place.
First, there's a phone interview where they check out your voice and how you sound on the phone. If you get past that, then you have a sit-down interview. It's a normal interview, nothing too crazy.
The interview process was good and straightforward, making me feel comfortable. The HR representatives were friendly and knowledgeable. I left the interview feeling positive and valued. The process consisted of three rounds.
