I applied online and had a phone interview a few days later. A week after that, I was invited for an in-person interview. The in-person part had two interviews, each with three people and lasting about 35 minutes. I got the offer the next day. The whole thing took about 2.5 weeks.
The interview process wasn't lengthy or particularly challenging. I decided to decline the offer because it wasn't the right fit for me at the time. Overall, it was quite manageable. I needed to add more words to meet the 30-word minimum.
I had a phone interview first, and I didn't really have any IT experience. Then, about a month later, they called me back to continue with the in-person interviews. The whole process took about a month to wrap up.
