The interview process was quite thorough and detailed. I thought it was good though, because it helped make sure they were hiring really good people that would fit in with the company culture. I had at least 3 phone interviews, including one with a culture ambassador, and then 3 in-person interview sessions where at least 2 people interviewed me in each session.
The interview process was tough but good. I spoke with the SVP of the department and the Technical Director by phone first. Then, I went on-site for an interview with everyone from the SVP to my future team. Everyone was really nice, welcoming, and open. They clearly laid out the job expectations, like 'These are the deliverables that we are hoping to receive from your position,' in a friendly way, along with asking about my experience and cultural fit. Overall, the interview process was great. I had fun and was happy to get the job.
The interview process was smooth and I feel like they asked good questions to give them a good understanding of who I am. I really liked the process and HR had good communication through the process.
