Candidate-reported interview process
I interviewed in April 2024. It started with a 30 minute screen with a recruiter where we went over my resume and why I was interested in working at Anduril. This was followed by a 1 hour tech screen with a Senior Software Engineer, which involved a leetcode type question. Unfortunately, I was rejected the week of the second interview.
I had a first round with 1 leetcode medium, then a final round with 4 interviews: 1 behavioral, and 3 leetcode hard. The interviewers were really nice and helped me a lot with the hard problems. Overall, it was a great experience.
First, I had a 30-minute chat with the recruiter, mostly about the company, and they were super friendly. Then, I spoke with the hiring manager. They asked about my experience, but no technical stuff. I thought it went well, but unfortunately, I didn't move forward after that round.
