The interview process was quite long, involving several rounds with different team managers and leaders. They seemed keen on assessing the best team fit for me. The whole thing lasted about 8 hours, and they did offer lunch.
Phone screen with a recruiter, super conversational and friendly. Not super technical, more about my background, experience, and if I was interested in the company. They asked general questions about who I am and what I've done. It was a quick and easy process to get to the next step.
Had a chill recruiter call. They asked me about what kind of role I'm into and if I'd fit the team. They also gave me the lowdown on what the company's hiring for right now. Standard behavioral questions were asked to check my vibe and if I'd be a good fit for the team. I need to be ready to talk about a few projects I've worked on.
