It started with a phone screening with HR, which I felt great about because I got to talk about my ideas, inspiration, how I've grown, and my experiences. After that, I had a Zoom interview with a super nice and skilled engineer. They shared a bit about their background, asked for an overview of my experience, and had me dive deep into specific work highlights. We discussed the pipelines I've used, and a key CV experience became a highlight RL experience. Then, we moved on to a coding challenge.
It started with a recruiter phone call asking some logistical questions. Then there was a technical phone screen that covered some CV questions and a short coding question, followed by a technical onsite round.
Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and we had a call. She was super nice and gave good info. Next up was a technical interview. They said it was coding but it turned out to be a systems design question, no actual coding. They did ask about ML basics and other technical stuff though. Pretty simple process overall.
