Candidate-reported interview process
Started with a recruiter phone screen. Then the recruiting coordinator set up my onsite interviews. The onsite itself involved a tour and then 4 rounds with recruiting executives. The first three were one-on-one, and the last one included everyone plus some stakeholders. Each round was 45 minutes long.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone interview, followed by a Zoom call with several members of the team. A few interviewers seemed like they were just going through a list of questions, but I get that they need to cover the key points.
It was a 5-hour Zoom interview with the recruiting team. What no one tells you is they are all from Palantir and knew each other previously. It was one “tell me about a time” after another. The worst part is that after all that... you only get an email that says thanks but no thanks. Very hard to break into or have any kind of clarity.
