I interviewed in April 2024. It started with a 30 minute screen with a recruiter where we went over my resume and why I was interested in working at Anduril. This was followed by a 1 hour tech screen with a Senior Software Engineer, which involved a leetcode type question. Unfortunately, I was rejected the week of the second interview.
I had a first round with 1 leetcode medium, then a final round with 4 interviews: 1 behavioral, and 3 leetcode hard. The interviewers were really nice and helped me a lot with the hard problems. Overall, it was a great experience.
So I did the interview for Software Engineer and I thought I did great, gave optimal solutions but still no offer. Interviewers gave good feedback so I'm confused why I didn't get the offer. The process had 2 coding screens over the phone. Then the final round had 2 coding interviews, 1 hour behavioral, and 1 system design interview. The coding problems were medium Leetcode, mostly focused on graphs detecting cycles, UnionFind, dfs, and binary search.
