I was initially contacted by a recruiter. Following that initial conversation, I had a phone screen with the team's supervisor. The next step was an on-site interview at their main office, which consisted of 5 rounds including lunch. They inquired about my background and technical expertise. All the interviews were technical in nature. It was a really positive experience, and I felt a good connection with everyone on the team.
It was a pretty chill interview. I had two phone interviews, one with the hiring manager and then another with the team manager. After that, I went onsite for a team interview where I met with the test team manager, a chemist, and a hardware integration engineer. Everyone was really nice.
Had a phone screen where I got some semi-technical questions about strain gage, Ohm's law, and bending beams. It was a bit unexpected given they were concepts I hadn't thought about since school.
