Applied for a Mechanical Engineer position at their Atlanta location. Recieved an email from a HR recruiter wanting to set up a phone call. The link she sent to schedule did not work. Emailed her back, she says there's a problem with there system and she'll send a new link. A week later I had heard nothing, so I emailed her again. Never heard back from her. Absurdly unprofessional.
The interview process was pretty straightforward overall. I had a chat with the hiring manager. They didn't give me a heads-up about a technical part, so I wasn't ready for it, but it ended up being the main focus of the interview. It felt like they were asking questions from a test and writing down everything I said.
Got a recruiter call first, then they invited me for an onsite interview. I had to do a project presentation, and then three technical interviews. The technical interviews were about an open ended design question, manufacturing methods, and engineering basics.
