Got a recruiter reach out, then had a 1-hour Zoom call with some team members. After that, it was a 4-hour onsite, which included lunch. The office was really nice, and everyone I talked to was great. They gave us a heads-up about the onsite sessions and what to prep for.
The overall experience was quite positive. It kicked off with a phone call from the recruitment team to see if the role aligned with what I was looking for compared to other jobs available, followed by a call with the hiring manager. Next, I had in-person meetings with four different leads or managers from various internal departments, and then wrapped up with the TA team discussing benefits and perks.
The interview process was super well organized, efficient, and everyone was really welcoming and respectful. Honestly, it was the best interview process I've experienced. After I signed on, the onboarding was fantastic too. Very organized, informative, and never boring. HR was the best! My onboarding lead was so kind and helpful. I'm super happy to be here. The company's purpose and mission are something I'm really proud to be a part of, and the work is highly motivating. The company culture so far is really respectful, inclusive, challenging, and fun.
