Started with a recruiter screen, then a technical phone screen where I answered some quick tech questions. After that, I had an onsite interview with three employees, each interview lasting an hour. They all asked good questions, though some were more challenging than others.
Had 1 HR interview and then 2 technical interviews. The technical ones touched on basic electrical concepts and some programming. They threw in some harder questions about RF and interrupts. It felt like they wanted to see how broad my knowledge was and how I handled pressure.
The first interview was a recruiter screening. They asked me basic stuff about myself and my resume, and then threw in some simple technical questions at the end. I guess I didn't explain myself and my background too well, which is probably why I didn't move on, even though I got the technical questions right.
