The interview process involved one online assessment, followed by a technical screen, and then a final round which consisted of two technical interviews and one behavioral interview. The interviewers were all super nice.
I got contacted by a recruiter and although I wasn't looking for a new job, they convinced me to interview. I then had an initial phone screen which went well. Following that, I had three more interviews on the same day, with some breaks in between. The interviewers asked practical, real-world frontend development questions and were very candid when answering my questions about the company and work environment. The whole experience was great and actually made me want to work there, changing my mind about looking for a new job.
The interview process was awesome. Hannah, the recruiter, was super communicative and helpful. She called me after each interview stage to discuss how it went, what to expect next, and the timeline. She answered all my questions and was really thoughtful and enthusiastic. All interviewers were attentive, focused, and happy to share their experiences at Anduril. I heard back within 5 days after the tech screen and on-site. Honestly, one of the best interview processes I've been through.
