The interview process included an initial HR screen, followed by a video call with the hiring manager. Then, there was a panel interview that involved a case study about a problem relevant to the role. Scheduling interviews was straightforward using text and email, and there was no specific feedback provided, just general outreach before and after the interview stages.
The interview was a phone call with an HR rep. It was pretty straightforward and I felt like we had a good connection. The conversation was easy. I hit a lot of the Product Analyst points, but I don't have insurance industry experience. I asked for clarification on what 'products and services' meant for this role, and the answer I got was too vague to be helpful.
Overall, it was a simple interview process with the team. I had a phone screening with the recruiter and then a normal behavioral interview with the managers. The recruiters communicated well and the process was timely from start to finish.
