Candidate-reported interview process

The job application was super easy. There was a speed test for internet upload/download speeds, and a typing test. After that, I had a one-way video interview where I answered questions. Then, a video chat on Microsoft Teams to discuss company values, benefits, and we had a good personal chat. About 3-5 days later, I got the job offer.

It was pretty thorough! First, I had to do a digital interview where it was just me answering questions on video. If they liked that, I was invited to a group video call where managers talked more about the job. This was my chance to ask questions and see if it was a good fit for me.

It took a few weeks to get the interview call. Once that call back it moved pretty quickly. Had to do two rounds of interviews with two different people. Overall it was a good experience.
