Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was pretty straightforward, but it ended with lengthy, redundant questions that seemed designed to trick you. They were asked in a round-robin fashion, and every two to three questions felt like the same question phrased differently.

Met a few times to chat about the role they had open. They really think things through before deciding. The people and community are great, and they've got some awesome opportunities.

The interview experience was laid-back and comfortable. They offered me a position, but the timing wasn't ideal for me at that moment. It seems like a good company with a lot of potential for career development and advancement if that's something you're looking for.
