The interview process was pretty easy and mostly behavioral. They asked me to talk about my past work and its impact, as well as my career aspirations, interests, and technical skills. It wasn't a difficult process and was relatively short.
I went through the interview process, screening and then panel interview with two engineers. Then waited a week, no response. Emailed them, was told the team is slow on responses with my contact. Another two weeks pass, same answer. Another week passes, contact tells me he will escalate now. Then I get told the position for the city I was applying a hybrid role for has now changed to another city in another state... Asked if I could relocate now.
The interview process started with a phone screening, which was pretty basic. After that, there was a company fit discussion with three people, including the hiring manager, followed by a technical interview with the same group. An offer was extended within a week, and the entire process spanned six weeks.
