Overall, it was a simple interview process with the team. I had a phone screening with the recruiter and then a normal behavioral interview with the managers. The recruiters communicated well and the process was timely from start to finish.
The interview process started with a phone screen, and then there were 3 more rounds of in-person interviews. Each of those in-person rounds had 2 interviewers. Overall, the interviewers were nice and professional. The questions focused a lot on software design and weren't specific to any programming language.
There were two online interviews, each lasting about an hour. I felt the interviews went well, but I did not receive an offer. My negative rating comes from the fact that after a good interview experience with the hiring managers, all I received was an impersonal, curt rejection email with no explanation, instead of a phone call. This is very unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company. I definitely wouldn't want to be a customer.
