Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process moved really fast. I got an offer the same day as my final interview. I felt like the team asked me a lot of questions, but I didn't get much chance to ask them questions back until after the offer was made.

They use a STAR interview technique. This involves describing the situation and when it took place (Situation), explaining the task and what the goal was (Task), providing details about the action you took to achieve it (Action), and concluding with the result of your action (Result).

The interview process involved a mix of behavioral and technical questions. The behavioral part focused on traits important to insurance companies, such as integrity. The technical portion primarily covered SQL and Tableau.
