Candidate-reported interview process

It was a fast hiring process, with just one interview for an entry-level position. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and the questions were pretty basic. The interviewer was nice, but didn't really give clear information about what happens next.

The interview process had a really weird setup with a bunch of rounds, and it was all done remotely. First, I had a phone interview and then there was this pre-recorded interview thing where I had to record and send in my answers.

This process was a waste of my time. A major red flag was when someone in the initial group session mentioned it was their 3rd time going through this, and I agree with their feedback about the lack of communication and responses. The recruiter never reached out or responded, and when they said they would reach out in a few weeks, it felt like 6-8 weeks. I'm actually glad I didn't get the job because their communication issues reflect poorly on the company. This was my second time in this process. If they invite me again, I will decline. It left a bad impression, and I won't apply for future roles with them.
