I spoke with a recruiter at a University career fair, and then about two weeks after that, I got an interview email. The interview itself was a panel with two actuarial consultants.
The hiring manager and the team were very friendly. They asked some general knowledge questions about actuarial topics and also about my previous experience. It was quite casual, and it seemed like a good place to work.
The interview experience was quite pleasant and straightforward. The questions were easy to understand, and there was clear guidance on how to structure the answers. Overall, it felt like an easy process. The entire interview took about two hours. The questions touched on behavioral aspects, skills, and creativity.
