Candidate-reported interview process

It was a long and tedious interview. The interviewer was incompetent and said I was underqualified despite my years of experience. He then offered me the job because he was understaffed, and I understood why.

I really liked that the interview was mostly a presentation. I got to talk about my biggest achievements and show my interviewers a slideshow. It was a different and enjoyable way to interview and actually made me feel less stressed than a typical interview.

The process was engaging but very relaxed. I was introduced to the team and got to know them as well. Overall it was a good process and I enjoyed it.
