I applied for the job at the start of the month and about a week and a half later, someone got in touch for a phone interview. It covered both behavioral and technical stuff. The very next day, they reached out to schedule an on-site interview. That on-site interview had some behavioral questions, but overall it was pretty easy.
My company set up the interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager interview was about an hour. We mostly talked about my experience and if I would be a good fit for the team. After two weeks I got the job.
They first asked me to submit a skills matrix and situational project management questionnaire. Based on my responses, I was selected to interview. A contracting company arranged the interview, which was in-person with the hiring manager and lasted an hour.
