The interview had some unusual questions, but it wasn't difficult. The interviewer asked about my experience in school, what sales experience I had, and challenges I've faced. The unusual questions were the diversions we took from the interview like testing (SAT, LSAT) and sports. Also, my interview started 10 minutes late, which wasn't ideal since I'm in school and on a class schedule.
I applied on Thursday and got a call from a recruiter that same evening. We chatted about my background and they told me about a role they needed to fill. I felt pretty comfortable talking with them. We then scheduled a 1:1 for the next day, Friday. The one-on-one was professional, and they offered some helpful tips.
The phone interview went well, but when I got to the office, I had to wait for an hour. The actual interview was fine, but at the end, they said I needed to be more extroverted because everyone at the company is automatically friends and must get along. I can't work somewhere I have to act and can't be myself.
