Aerotek General Intern interviews, decoded.

The interview process is broken into three parts: Phone Screen, Internal Interview, and Half Day. The phone screen lasted about 30 minutes for me, very conversational. Internal Interview was 1:1 with an account manager, also conversational. The halfday was filled with a couple more interviews, shadowing, and going out to lunch.

The interview process was longer than I thought it would be. I had three phone interviews first, and then I had an in person interview. Everyone was really nice during the interviews. It made me nervous though because the process took so long. I'd suggest doing a mock interview with a few people before this one since the last interview is with a group of people.

2 phone interviews, said they would get back wednesday and I haven't hear back. She was also late calling me. And they have very set questions they ask. Be personable and crack a few jokes. Tell them what they want to hear
