Aerotek Qa Engineer interviews, decoded.

I talked to two managers, one from HR and one from QA. I felt confident in my answers because I've worked for twenty-five years as a manufacturing engineer, interacting with quality engineers and inspectors, so this role is definitely within my capabilities.

The interview was split into two parts. The first part was technical, covering knowledge of mechanical tolerances and problem-solving management with a manager. The second part covered soft skills with an HR representative.

The main thing I gathered from our phone call is that they are only looking for people who have worked in this exact field recently.
