Candidate-reported interview process

First, I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then another phone screen with the client company, and finally an in-person interview with 3 staff members (though a 4th person couldn't make it).

It was a standard STAR interview process. They asked the usual questions, like about my strengths and weaknesses. I had to explain my thought process for different business questions. I interviewed with a panel of employees who were all really nice and friendly. Overall, it was a pretty straightforward and easy experience.

Applied online on the School Career Network site. Got a call the next day about an interview. After the phone interview, they asked me to email my resume and two professional references.
