Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was really fast. They seemed to know exactly what skills they needed and were able to quickly figure out if I had them.

The interview was super simple and direct. They wanted to know about my past jobs and what kind of roles I'm interested in. I wore a shirt and tie, and honestly felt a bit too dressed up seeing everyone else in the waiting area.

It was a quick phone interview with two of the four executives that I would be working for. They hire a lot of contractors for this role, so the questions focused on their main needs: managing multiple tasks, constantly being interrupted, shifting priorities during the day, and dealing with a lot of uncertainty.
