I sent in my application online and about a month later, I got a call back. I had a phone interview and then an in-person interview. The interview wasn't too tough, mostly just general questions like 'tell me about yourself,' 'what are your experiences,' and a few behavioral ones. They also explained what the job would entail. The people I met were nice.
After I sent in my resume, I got an email to schedule a phone interview. Following that, my application was reviewed and I was invited for an in-person interview at their office.
The interview process was super professional and thorough, with a criminal, background, and educational check. The info I got before accepting was misleading though. They said it was temp-to-hire and I'd be hired if I performed well at 6 months. They didn't mention I wouldn't get sick or vacation pay as a temp-to-hire, which I would have gotten as a contractor. My performance was great at 6 months, but when I asked HR about the hiring process, they got confused because the company doesn't even do temp-to-hire.
