Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty simple and direct interview process. They mostly focused on my resume and asked general questions about my past work. The actual job-specific questions were mostly deferred to the hiring company.

They called me and did an interview by phone. After finishing this interview, they asked me to go to their office in Flint (MI) two days before to explain more about the company and talk more with me and understand what I am looking for regarding the job positions.

It was a really relaxed and welcoming interview. The interviewer was genuinely interested in me and asked not only about my professional experience but also about my personal preferences, like my ideal workspace and preferred location within Boston. The atmosphere was great, and I felt she really enjoyed her job.
