The first interview was really great, the interviewers made you feel comfortable and like the company would be a great place to work. The second office interview was with hiring managers, that seemed very cold and distant, disinterested and made it feel awkward. After being turned down, feedback on the interview was requested but not provided, even though they said they would.
Applied online, then a recruiter reached out. Had a phone call with the recruiter who asked standard behavioral questions like 'tell me about yourself,' 'why Aerotek,' and 'what do you know about Aerotek.' Following that, there was an in-person interview with two interviewers. They asked the same behavioral questions and a few additional ones. On the same day, there was a shadow interview where an existing BOA showed me what the job entails. It's important to ask questions constantly and take notes during this part.
After submitting an online application, I had a phone chat with a recruiter who asked some behavioral questions. Then there was an online practical skills test. After that, I went in person to meet with a couple of supervisors, where it was again mostly behavioral questions or hypothetical situations. They were really trying to gauge my personality and if I'd be a good fit, rather than just skills. I got an offer a few days later from the recruiter, assuming the background and credit check went okay. No drug test for internal hires.
