Candidate-reported interview process

The interview included general questions about availability for shift work, travel, and any other restrictions you might have. They also asked about other places you're applying to. They went through your resume and asked several questions about how specific skills you have would apply to the job.

After submitting my resume, I had an on-phone interview where the customer gave their approval before they decided to hire me. Then, I waited about two weeks for an offer letter.

So, a recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. I sent in my resume, then had a phone chat with the recruiter, and then spoke with the hiring manager. Got an offer the next day.
