The first part of the process involves you submitting a video response. You'll have 72 hours to do this after you're notified. It's about 20 minutes long and has 8 questions recorded. You get about 30 seconds to prep before the recording starts automatically, and you can't re-record anything.
I had an initial interview with the in-store manager, followed by one with the district manager. The district manager interview was supposed to be virtual, but it was rescheduled to in-person at the last minute. Both interviews were pretty much the same. Then they told me I'd have another meeting with a general manager. I gave them my availability for it and followed up twice, but I haven't heard back in over a week. I'm not sure what happened, it was pretty disorganized.
A recruiter reached out via email about the LDP program. I interviewed, but they didn't mention the program started right after. I had one interview and was rejected the day the program began. My portfolio wasn't reviewed. The questions covered my background, university, and fashion inspiration.
