Candidate-reported interview process

After talking to a recruiter a couple of months back, I was sent a link for a video interview. They said I'd hear from them in about two weeks, but then radio silence.

It was a group interview, usually with one manager asking questions to about 4-5 people. The manager might pick one person randomly from the list to go first, so be ready with an answer.

I had the interview with two other candidates in WEM. The interviewer, who is very kind, first introduced himself to us. Then he asked us ten ordinary questions. Most of them were about our dressing, teamwork, and our communication skills.
