Candidate-reported interview process

It was a bit over the top having to do a round of digital interviews before actually talking to anyone. The recruiter was super nice and helpful, though Abercrombie doesn't hire many new folks unless they're already in their internship trainee programs.

I chatted with two lovely people who wanted to see my portfolio and hear about my background. I had to drop out of the process, but I imagine a design project would have been the next step.

So the interview process had a chat with a recruiter, then a virtual meeting with my direct manager, and then a project that I had a week to work on. After that, there were several interviews in person.
