I had an initial interview with the in-store manager, followed by one with the district manager. The district manager interview was supposed to be virtual, but it was rescheduled to in-person at the last minute. Both interviews were pretty much the same. Then they told me I'd have another meeting with a general manager. I gave them my availability for it and followed up twice, but I haven't heard back in over a week. I'm not sure what happened, it was pretty disorganized.
I had two rounds of interviews with the general and district manager. I didn't hear back for over a week, so when I emailed to follow up, I got a generic rejection email from a no-reply email. When I asked if I could get feedback, I was told it's company policy not to give candidates feedback.
It was pretty straightforward. I did a virtual interview first, then they had me come in for an in-person one. They actually asked pretty much the same stuff in both interviews, just phrased differently. Just make sure you look the part for both interviews!
