Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process focused on leadership competencies, team development, client engagement, and understanding of visuals. It spanned 2-3 weeks from the initial interview to the offer. The experience was pleasant and straightforward, with clear communication from the leadership team about the process.

We had an initial interview with the recruiter online, and then a 2nd/3rd interview with the GM and DM. This role pays $30-33 per hour. The SM reports to the GM and would have to work multiple locations due to a business restructure.

We had to submit an online interview with 5 questions, each taking about 2 minutes to answer. The staff at that specific location reviewed it.
