Candidate-reported interview process

It was a two-step process. First, I had a 30-minute phone screen with the recruiter, and after that, I had an in-person interview. I talked with three different people there, the Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Director, for about 30 minutes each. Mostly they asked me behavioral questions, like how I'd handle different situations.

it was a HireVue, which is a one-on-one in-person thing. you get multiple tries if you mess up. i thought it was pretty easy so you should be fine.

First, I had to take a Wonderlic test, which took about 15-20 minutes. After that, I completed a self-recorded interview through their platform. These recorded interviews are tough because you only get one chance, and it was pretty hard to not sound awkward talking to the camera.
