Candidate-reported interview process

It was a long interview process with several rounds: a phone screen, an online test, a panel interview, one-on-one meetings, and a case study. Honestly, it felt like too much for the job and pay offered. I wouldn't go through it again; the vibe was a bit off, felt fake.

Had quite a few interview stages with people from both the local and American offices. It started with an initial phone call, then moved to video calls, followed by an in-person interview. After that, there was a meet-the-team session, which had a friendly vibe.

The interview was nice. Abercrombie does a group interview. It was a two part interview focusing on customer service. We broke off into pairs and the questions were more specific to the back of the house/inventory role.
