Candidate-reported interview process

It was a group interview with 7 other people. We all sat in a circle and shared our answers. The dress code was casual. It was honestly pretty awkward, and the manager also showed up 30 minutes late.

The interview was a group setting, very informal and laid back. The interviewer was very kind and easy to talk to. I didn't feel any hesitation, the conversation flowed effortlessly.

You apply online, then there are two interview rounds. The first is a group interview and the second is a one-on-one interview.
