It was super easy. I chatted with someone at the career fair and then the next day I got an email to do a hire view. The questions were super easy.
I had several interview rounds with different people from the company. It was a good chance to ask many questions and learn about the company. The process finished with a visit to the home office in Columbus for a final interview.
So the interview is video based. You'll have to record 30 seconds for each question. After thirty seconds, it stops automatically. So you need to be concise. Try to prepare as much as you can to make the best out of the short time.
