I applied for a fullstack engineering position and went through their interview loop. After the final step, which was a four-hour interview, they said the team would reach out soon. Later, they sent an email saying timelines were shifting and I needed to be more patient. They sent a couple of these emails over two months, assuring me they hadn't forgotten me. Eventually, I had a chat with the hiring manager, which felt more like a casual chat than a decision point. After that, there was silence for another two weeks. When I finally followed up, they emailed to say they had closed the position. They didn't explain the long delay or why they interviewed people for a role they weren't sure they would fill. It was super frustrating to put time and energy into a process that ended with the role being canceled.

It was a pretty smooth process, with two rounds in total. First was a screening call, and then the final round was a virtual interview with the hiring manager. It was mostly behavioral, but there were also some parts where I had to analyze calls and do some role-playing with feedback.

It was okay, but not super clear and kind of misleading. They have a lot of account executive jobs, so it's hard to know exactly what you'd be doing. They don't mention the commission structure upfront, which is a bummer because you only find out about it once you're hired, and then you might be disappointed.

The interview scheduling process felt unfair. I was scheduled for a final interview weeks in advance, prepared thoroughly, and then suddenly told the position was already filled. Instead of interviewing all shortlisted candidates before making a final decision, they closed the role early, which left me with wasted preparation time and a poor candidate experience. It felt like timing, not qualifications, decided my fate — very frustrating as a candidate.
