The interview process began with a phone screening. Unfortunately, I did not proceed further. The recruiter repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking. She stated that my high-volume recruiting experience would not be a good fit, as she described the position as not being high-volume and requiring time and detail. I had read reviews on Glassdoor that were not very positive, and I would have to agree with most of them. She was very brief, frequently talked over me or interrupted, and was not the friendliest person to interact with. I would not recommend working here if they have individuals like her representing the company and hiring people.

It was a really quick 15-minute phone call about my background. The interviewer seemed engaged and kept things laid-back. I was a bit too energetic from caffeine, which actually might have helped. This was actually the second phone screen I did that day, the first one was for Demand force and I was more anxious about that one. My Eat 24 interview was supposed to be a warm-up, but the next interviewer was pretty rude and impatient. He actively tried to discourage me from taking the job and even had the audacity to ask about my other job pursuits while he was rejecting me. In contrast, the Eat24 interview felt really collaborative, like my input was valued.

I got an email from a recruiter to set up a phone screen. I never got called, so I followed up but no response. The next day, the recruiter apologized and rescheduled. After we talked, I was invited for an in-person interview. The recruiters were very friendly and informative. I was invited back for another in-person the following week. Same thing. A few days later, I was asked to Skype with the manager. After that, I was asked for ANOTHER Skype with the head of the department. A few days later, I got a link to do a background check. A few days later, I was told the background check was done and I passed. About a week later, I hadn't heard from the team. I reached out for an update and they said they hadn't decided. Another week passed, and it was the same. It took about 3 weeks for them to send me a standard rejection letter after I called and emailed multiple times. I was really disappointed because of the long interview process. No explanation and no apologies. Very unprofessional.
