It was a pretty smooth process, with two rounds in total. First was a screening call, and then the final round was a virtual interview with the hiring manager. It was mostly behavioral, but there were also some parts where I had to analyze calls and do some role-playing with feedback.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

The interview process is really basic and easy. You'll get an email asking you to schedule a phone screening with one of their recruiters. My recruiter sounded really unenthusiastic and asked basic questions. If you do well, they'll then schedule you for a video interview with a hiring manager. The hiring manager I met with started the interview by clarifying that she wanted the interview to be more of a conversation, which put me at ease. The questions asked by the hiring manager were also basic and at the end you will have to complete two role playing scenarios. For the scenarios I was asked to hop on the Yelp site, type in a location in the search bar and search for pizza places. She asked me to pick one from the list and do a trial call. For the next phase, she gave me pointers and asked me to repeat the call. Be aware, they expect you to have zero other commitments during your employment with them.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I applied online on Nov. 30.2024. Scheduled a phone interview on Dec.4.2024. I passed the phone interview and was asked to schedule my video interview. I did the video interview the same day (my choice). I was asked to listen to recorded sales calls and tell them how they could have been better, Then I was asked to go to their website and choose a small business that I would eat at and look over their profile. The interviewer then asked me to role play and pretend that he owned the small business and convince him to sign up for the service. Then, four days later, I got an email letting me know that I did not get the position.
