Consultant
The interview process had a slow turnaround time and the recruitment communication was terrible. Using Hirevue for the screening felt impersonal and didn't show genuine interest in getting to know candidates, unlike some other global organizations I've interviewed with that had better screening processes where you could speak to an actual person. This overall gave me a very negative experience due to the lack of communication and the Hirevue platform. Additionally, the job description had many mistakes and contradictory statements, making me question if the hiring managers or recruitment team even reviewed it before publishing. Not paying attention to such basic details makes the company look very unprofessional. I would not recommend it.

Data Scientist
I had a really bad experience with this company. After I applied, I got an automated invite for the first interview. There was no one to contact, so I couldn't ask about salary, remote work, or what the job was actually about. The first interview was okay, and they said there would only be two rounds. Three weeks later, another automated invite for the second round, still no contact. I went to the in-person interview, and I thought it went well. Then, complete silence. No feedback, no rejection, nothing. It's been over a month and still no word. The worst part is having no one to follow up with. This is so disrespectful of candidates' time and effort, especially after multiple interviews and an in-person visit. Candidates deserve basic professionalism and closure, no matter the outcome. I don't recommend this company unless they fix their communication and candidate experience.
- How to handle an imbalanced dataset?
Software Engineer Intern
So first there was this Hirevue thing with normal questions and some psychometric games. Then a take-home coding assignment for the technical test. After that, an assessment centre. It had a competency interview with two software developers, a technical interview with two software developers where we talked about the technical test, and a group exercise. There was also a networking event, but that wasn't part of the assessment.

Project Manager
The interview process includes questions touching on behavior, technical skills, and company knowledge. It's often conducted via Hirevue or a panel interview. They'll ask about your background, how you work with others, and your motivation for joining WTW.
- Can you share some of your accomplishments?
- What are your key skills?
- What are your aspirations for your career?
