Behavioral Technical

The interview process had a slow turnaround time and the recruitment communication was terrible. Using Hirevue for the screening felt impersonal and didn't show genuine interest in getting to know candidates, unlike some other global organizations I've interviewed with that had better screening processes where you could speak to an actual person. This overall gave me a very negative experience due to the lack of communication and the Hirevue platform. Additionally, the job description had many mistakes and contradictory statements, making me question if the hiring managers or recruitment team even reviewed it before publishing. Not paying attention to such basic details makes the company look very unprofessional. I would not recommend it.

The interviewers were really nice and made me feel comfortable. They talked about the company's core values and their vision and mission. They also explained the tech stack used in current projects. Most questions focused on tech concepts, included a coding question, and were related to my past experience and projects. The TA team was also super efficient. I got the results within 3 hours and the offer letter the next day.
