First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WTW.
Actuarial Analyst Intern
The process started with a video recorded games, followed by an online assessment. It was a smooth process overall. Expect questions related to the role from the online assessment. Do some research about the company. The interviewer asked questions that align with the role.
- Tell me about the challenges you encountered on a project and its outcome.
Actuarial Consultant
Started with an online application, then a Hirevue video interview with numerical and pattern recognition tests. An AI evaluated the answers. Prep time was really short, but they gave a good amount of time to record the answers.
- Can you tell us why you are interested in WTW?
- Could you share an instance where you successfully resolved a problem?
- Can you describe a situation where you had to put in a lot of effort under difficult circumstances?
Actuarial Analyst
Interviewed at WTW. It was good, not too many technical questions. Questions were mostly about you. Prepare for questions like 'Tell me about yourself', 'Best Moment in life', and 'Group Project'. They focused more on group dynamics than on the project itself, knowledge, or implementation. Almost all questions were group-related. My advice is to take your time and think before answering.
- How did you manage a disagreement with a teammate regarding a project?
- Tell me about yourself
- What's your best moment in life?
