The interview process felt pretty good, like I was supported through each step. I didn't get the job in the end, which stinks. But what was weird was not hearing back after the second round. I had no clue where I stood, and that made it hard to know what to expect. If they had been more clear and updated me faster, it would have felt way more open and interesting. Still, I appreciate their time and effort, and I still think the company and its people are great.

I first submitted an application on the TW website. About a week later, I got a call saying they wanted to move forward and set up a phone interview. A few days after that, I talked with the hiring manager about the job and my experience. Then, they invited me to the office for a group interview with the other Analysts and Consultants. The questions they asked were pretty basic and repeated themselves, covering background, goals, and interest. Just a heads-up, the arrogance from the interviewers was intense; it felt like a bad culture. I was actually glad I didn't get an offer. My advice: be ready to talk about your background and show you're interested in DB/DC plans and market/manager research.
