I got through a few rounds and got the job! The interviewers were friendly and asked some good questions. Make sure you do your research beforehand. I think you'll really enjoy the process.

My first interview went so well that the hiring manager moved me straight to a C-level interviewer. I got positive feedback from both, and they said they'd get back to me quickly. Then, nothing. Weeks later, HR called before a long weekend, making me think I was getting an offer. After the weekend, HR called again to say I didn't get the job. This company has some serious issues with how they handle HR – calling with bad news right before a holiday is really insensitive. They should have just emailed. Plus, the hiring managers weren't professional enough to give a clear decision. Super disappointed, but glad I dodged a bullet.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

There were four interview rounds. The first was an HR round to check communication skills and ask for a brief self-introduction. If selected, the second round involved a senior HR person asking general personal questions like 'tell me about yourself', 'why do you want to work here', and 'why Willis'. The third round was a communication test where answers had to be given as if speaking to an IVR, focusing on pronunciation, grammar, intonation, and tone. The fourth round was supposed to be a face-to-face with the Operations Manager. I cleared the first three rounds, and the fourth was scheduled for four days later. However, when I arrived for the fourth round, the HR asked basic personal questions again, said she needed to speak with the Operations Manager, and would update me. It's been a week with no update. I contacted the HR from the first three rounds, who said they'd talk to the manager and call within a week, but still no response. When I called them, they didn't pick up. I don't understand this process; if I'm selected for the fourth round, they should conduct the interview and provide results, not give excuses before it. This behavior is unacceptable, and the HR is misrepresenting the company.
