I had several interviews with both offshore and onshore managers. The interviewers were really professional and respectful. The interview stages included HR, the PH Team lead/manager, and offshore managers. The process was streamlined and HR gave me timely updates after the interviews. Overall, it was a good experience for me.

First, a recruiter will give you a call to discuss your experience and set expectations about salary and benefits. Second, you'll do a recorded HireVue interview where you'll answer pre-set questions, with the last one being an essay on creating system use cases. Third, you'll go to their office for a panel interview with product owners. They really valued situational questions over experience, but the questions weren't too hard. WTW sent rejection emails, which was good. Remember to relate your answers to agile methodology, as situational questions were given a lot of weight.
